Wants to sell the property whose case has been decided in our favor

HI, I want to discuss about my one property case which was running in District court . Recently completed in my favor .It was probate case in which my grand father already written will in favor of my father . But my Father elder son challenge against the will . but we won the district case but the Civil case is still going on . can we show the result of district court in Civil court . shall they accept the Decision. and we want to sale our all property . can we sale our property after the Decision.
