Wants share in father's property by son according to muslim law

12-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
I am S O U and Iam a Sunni Muslim. My mother gave Qula to my father when I was in her womb. Now Iam 37 years and my mom completely took care of me and she never married again. My father neglected me since my birth to till this day. He didn't even met me once. He is married and has two sons aged 30 yrs plus. He neither took care of me nor he is unwilling to give my share as a son in his property. Iam married and I too have children. Is there any legal action can be taken against him for not fulfilling his duties as a father and to get inheritance in his property as one of his son. I want to do it either by law of land or law in Muslim personal law board. I have good relationship with paternal uncle and aunts except my father. I tried to build a relationship with him many a times but he completely ignored me. He is retired govt employee 60 yrs age and has lot of prop.Respond me how to get my share in his property as a son legally as he is trying to decline my property rights.

you can file a suit seeking partition by right acquired by you thorugh birth as per the your personal law applicable and the 1/6th share will be alloted to you if the property is of your father as per your query
