Wanted to sell our property in lucknow but later had a change of heart

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am from a Islamic family NRIs living in UAE.
We have a house in lucknow which we were looking to sell. We did find a buyer and singed the Bayana to sell the house for a total of 24 laks - took the token money around 4lakh - Token money.
We had a change in heart and do not want to sell the house and the buyer refuses to take back his money. He has occupied our house illegally. What is the best action forward?
The only legal document he has from us is the Bayana.
on the above mentioned query please file immediately a suit for cancellation of agreement, in which is mentioned the advanced token money; in the concerned civil court. and thereafter file a suit for eviction for the illegal possession in the concerned court.

firstly lodge a FIR against him and still if he doesn't vacate the house then file a suit in civil court for possession. if he is living illegally then he would be dispossessed by the civil court and your possession will be restored.
