Send a lawyer’s letter with court order to sub registrar so that no registration is done regarding that property by any person. Please contact for more details Please call for more details if you give a letter to the registrar intimating him about the court order the registrar will not let any person register

If a civil court has granted a status quo injunction, any act of sale or mutation by your cousin's adopted son is in violation of the court order. You should immediately file a contempt petition in the same court citing the breach. Additionally, submit a written complaint along with a copy of the injunction to the local BLRO office to prevent further mutation proceedings. You can also seek an interim stay or police assistance if necessary to ensure enforcement. Ensure all steps are backed by documented communication and legal notices to the parties involved.
