Want to register as member of housing society after parents death

After my fathers death ten years back my mother had becoime the member and now she too has expired a month back. Now what are my duties as to injforming the societey etc and registering myself as the new member? We are four, me (the only son) and my three sisters. Kindly advise. Regards
1. First thing that needs to be known is whether there is a Will ?
2. If there is a Will a Probate is to be obtained from the Court.
3. If she died intestate then legal heirship certificate is to be obtained after an affidavit is submitted to Court and tificahe Councillor gives a heirship certificate.
4. Heirship certifcate is to be submitted to the society for inclusion of the names of legal heirs.in the share certificate. However, there is a restriction upto 3 members in each certificate.

As you are four legal heirs of the deceased , you apply for your name as the member with no objection letter from the other three legal heirs.
You have to speak with the board of the co-op society regarding the bye laws.
