Want to know the procedure for partition of HUF property

I am karta of HUF,and I am interested of Partion of HUF property, How to this ? my two sons already Seprate business in HUF Property is own Firm, and one married daughter, one son not in my favour, please how to partion of Land & building ?
dear sir as you are saying that you are the kartha of the hindu undivided family so karta ha all the rights to poartition of the business. it is you and you have to decide how share have to be distributed.
