Want to do the BLRO MUTATION in my name

Our land in South 24 parganas italghata mouja was first in the name of guine estate and pvt Ltd who later sold it to arun kumar chatterjee from whom my grandmother purchased. That Sale deed is available. Kmc mutation is done in my name after my father died as now I am the legal heir. But BLRO mutation is still in guine estate's name. What to do now to mutate in my name?
it can happen over hearing at the mutation office which i can get it done and moreover there are few documentations which needs to be fulfilled to achieve mutation in your name face to face discussion is necessary
