Want to claim my share in deceased mother's property

hum 7 bhi bhan hai jis me sabse bedi bhan fir 4 betey uskebad do bhane hai.or mei sabse choti se bedi hu. jab mei 13year ki thi tab meri mather ne ek vasiyat banai .jisme likha tha ki nam shit mere teen baccho ki shadi kar di gayi hai.or ab wo mujhse alag rahatey hai.or unka property main koi hak nahi hai.mere 4 bacchey jo nabalik hai.jisme 2 betey or do betiya hai.agar mujhay kuch hata hai or meri betiyo ki shadi proerty ko sell karke kar di jay.uske bad jab mai 18 year ki thi meri mather 16may1999 ko expire ho gayi.mather ke bad meri sabse choti bhan bimar ho gayi.or bhiyo ne uska ilaj bhi nahi karaya or woh bhi expire ho gayi.meri shadi 2007 main ek garib family main kar di.woh property 250varg gaj hai.mere pas koi property se sambhandhit koi papper bhi nahi hai.kya mera property per hak banta hai.

Bilkul aapka haq hai property par as per hindu succession act..aap chahe toh court mein case daal sakte hai apne share ke liye property mein baki exact bina saare facts jaane batana mushkil hoga ki kitna share aapko milega property mein..

Your share in property, if any, can be deduced by having a look at the Will of your deceased mother. Since you have not specified complete details here,and even the language used by you is ambiguous, nothing can be concluded right now.

Yes you are entitled for your claim . Please tell that if u don't have any papers how can you be sure that your mother made a will for her minor children including you and even if you don't have the will you can rightfully claim your share.
