Want to challenge the will of my grandmother

I want to challenge the will of my grandmothers property under fraud and forgery.Beacuse this will was made by my father and my two uncle's after death of my grandmother. My grandmother's signature was done by my father in the will.
Yes if you have conclusive evidences then u may definitely challenge this will …need more facts on your case likewise is are father still alive ? Have they have any execution on will ! They properties mentioned in the will are immovable or movable properties etc

So first of all since you're saying that you want to challenge you are the veil of your grandmother for forgery and fraud by your father and your two uncles you need to be well ascertained whether you know what you are saying has credentials and proof for that you can go to hand it edit and export handwriting export and get the signature is verified and you can through that report you can file and claim that the present well in question has been forced and file a suit against the perpetrators thank you
