want to cancel HAKKASODPATRA to maintain relations with my sister

We registered "HAKKASODPATRA" of my sister in JULY 2015. Now we realize our this mistake and for maintaining relation we want to cancel it. So please tell me is there any way to cancel this registered document or any other option to keep our sisters name in our 7/12 without any VATAPPATRA. Thanking you.
By executing cancellation deed the referred document document will become null and void.

You can make a cancellation deed of released deed n get it registered by expert lawyers.on that basis you can give application to talathi office to include name of sister. Further also your sister can file case suit for cancellation of release deed n then compromise matter in court of law n get decree registered.
