ŔWA charges for giving NOC to sell flat

RWA is asking 0.5% of total sale value plus GST to give NOC to sale my flat. Is it legal ,as we are paying maintenance and other charges. And are these charges same all over the state

have you signed any document that they will provide a NOC if you are selling your flat if not then it's illegal and you may send notice through advocate asking them to give you NOC. and if you have signed any document that you will give certain amount to receive NOC then you will have to pay otherwise not .

rwa is asking 5 % of the total sale value as you want to obtain noc there are charges different for different states you have to pay the rwa maintenance so then you have check the builder buyer agreement
