Variation of land mentioned in RTC and sketch

Hi,
We have a land of 2 gunta as mentioned in the RTC but land Sketch mentioned in the survey document in is 1.6 gunta but from the beginning till today we have position more than 2 gunta. Another thing is person who is besides me with different podi having 2 gunta land as per RTC but his survey sketch have more than 3 gunta is also having position more than 2gunta and he is also done e khata in panchayat.
1)if we cancel that sketch, will that ekhate also get cancelled or not?

Provide the present sale deed and 11 e skech issued by the concerned authority.
