Validity of notarized copy of sale deed

11-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
I brought a plot and sale deed is done with group of buyers. Every buyer will get a notarized copy. And builder will keep the original copy. The plot number is not mentioned in the original sale deed done in registrar office. It's only mentioned in the notarized copy. Is this a valid document which holds true. Will there be any problem selling this plot in future.

Original sale deed is only valid. And other notarized document can be deemed as memorandum of understanding between buyer and seller. You have not mentioned nature of plot i.e. whether agricultural, commercial or residential N.A.plot. I think that may be agricultural plot due to that common sale deed in one single deed is executed. There shall be in future problem depends upon cosharers. Because for selling purchased plot depend on consent of others due to lack of partition of plot.
