Use of GPA for selling the flat in Greater Noida
11-Jan-2025 (In Property Law)
I have a flat in Greater Noida on my wife’s name. We have recently got the possession. Registry for flat is still not open. We live overseas and are looking to sell the flat. My wife wants to issue a GPA on her father in law’s name (my Dad) so that he could sell the property while we are way. Is it possible for my Dad to sell the property on my wife’s behalf via GPA?
