A Society with one building (28 flat + 7 shop) registered in 2013. Builder not cooperating. Registrar sent letter to builder in dec 2024 for conveyance. Need a lawyer to complete deemed conveyance process. Submit quotation (document needed, process details, time and lumpsum and breakup cost) please. URGENT
