respected sir, i am planning to buy the plot at konasandra,jigani(BMRDA approved).40% of the plots are released by APA and registered.but plot that i am going to purchase is not yet released by anekal planning authority.but builder ask me to pay 25% during sale aggrement ang book the site.once the plot is released ,it is available to register. during registration i need to pay remaining 75% of plot rate.may i proceed with this deal.kindly need your suggestion. thanks and regards
Dear Sir/Madam, before going to purchase the said site/plot you should get clearance by way of document verification in the form of legal opinion in detail, as per your query the Anekal Planning Authority till not release the plot which you have intend to purchase, you may go but it will take own time because the said builder will completion and comply the all the terms and conditions of the CC and etc.,... if you want more advice in this regard I will do it... kindly review of my answer/reply it will token of appreciation... by Chandrashekhar Vithal Jadhav, Advocate & Legal Consultant, Bangalore.
