unregistered palupatti of ancestral properties of hindu family

14-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
My father and his brothers signed an unregistered palu patti deed in 1995. According, to this deed most of the property has gone to my father's elder brother and he has Holder khatha In revenue records until today. There are other properties which my father's elder brother sold in 2003 and 2004 without anyone's consent and those properties were no included in the 1993 palupatti. How can we get justice?
