Unlockable/Virtual Space and Assure Return Scheme

Builder is selling Unlockable space in commercial space with Assured return Scheme. They will provide space under sub lease agreement to me. Further they are giving me assured return against my investment with builder till completion of construction. My Question is can a builder sell unlockable space and also provide Assured return under UPRERA laws. Please guide is it legally valid in RERA rules and regulations

yes under a un lockable scheme you have to pay rent at a commercial rate once you open a shop or office at the scheme space you can obtain revenue every month. yes definitely a builder can take out a multiple scheme

Yes a builder can sale unlockable space as long as it is not under balcony, lobby , reception, common shared area etc Assured returns are provided with certain terms and conditions for which they will do a separate agreement with u which will have all terms and conditions.
