Unequal distribution of property by father how to challenge it

My father selling a property want anequal distribution of amount among their five son and one daughter i am his elder son this ditributio getting nothing i want equal share legally what can i do what is right in law

As far as your right in law is concerned the same depends on the nature of the property. I.e whether it was bought by your father from his own income or family money(huf) . Also the mode of distribution is important to determine the legal remedy. feel free to call

If the property your father seeking to distribute is a self acquired property i.e. purchased from his own income you hardly have any say in it. If the property is ancestral in nature i.e. rights flowing from your grandparent.... and so on then you can definitely seek for partition of the property for your share and your father is bound to give equal share or the court of law will grant you partition by metes and bounds.
