Uncle took grandfather's how can we recover it back

10-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My grand father had natham porampoku land and now my uncle(father's brother) has been taken. We purchased land(legally registered and patta also got) behind the natham porampoku land which my uncle have. Now my uncle has denied to provide way to go there and no other way to enter. What we can do for getting way?

Your uncle property is not a absolute title property. You were saying your uncle is obstructing your access to way. You have an option of filing civil suit praying injunction from making such obstruction. You can get a interim order if possible.
