Uncle sold grandfather undivided property without my permission
11-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My uncle has sold my grandfather's property without my knowledge. When I asked my Uncle about this he told me that my part of land is kept for me. But on the grounds no partition made. The plot which is kept for me is not suitable for me. Now I want to divide the entire land. But the buyers have already made the payment. Can I put an interim stay on this property? I want to take the desired plot on my name.
you should immediately file suit and take stay order from the court so as the buyer is not able to complete the transaction.
your uncle can not sell property without your knowledge till the time partition is done.
once you take the stay order and then you will get more time to discuss with your uncle about the plot of land which you are interested in and settle the dispute accordingly.

Taking into consideration the above given facts.
I would advise you to first let me know what sort of land do you own and documents related to it?
And if the partition is made then by what circumstance?
Also grandfather property was self earned or assister's ?
And other technical facts of the property.
One can advice you what legal steps can be taken ? And other relevant line of action can be ascertained.
Best Regards
