Unauthorized person occupied my flats

How to vacate him? Police complaint given but the police asked us to go to the court. The previous seller is linked with it asking me to pay him more money on the flats sold.
Is it civil or criminal case?
How to proceed further?
Could you elaborate more about the issue, as you have said some anonymous person had occupied your newly bought flat and that the seller is also a coconspirator in this issue. And now, the seller is asking excess amount on you.
Your present issue evidently shows that, the seller is doing extortion upon you using someone and deceives you, so you can file a criminal as well as civil case against him.
