Unauthorized contruction of wall by a club in my property

That I have one plot of 3.2 cent. There have clear degree in favour of myself. But one club made boundary wall of said land/plot. I am not in position possession peacefully. Kindly guide me.

If you have got valid legal documents in respect of your property then you can file civil suit against the club for illegal encroachment of your property and if you are facing problems in getting possession of your property then file a suit for recovery of possession.
