Unauthorised construction dda flat

I live on 2nd floor of a dda janta flat and I have an ongoing case against 3rd floor owner and MCD. Both floor are unauthorised. Mine was built in 2001 or before. Demolition notice have been pasted on 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th floor because I my complaints to stop the 3rd and 4th floor construction. How can I save my flat and demolish just the 3rd and the 4th floor.
notice will require you to contact some office of MCD with the name of the officer
contact the officer and take copy of the demotion details which will inform you which portion will be demolished and reason for the same.
Advice is to take your lawyer with you when you go to meet the officer at MCD.
