Unacceptable claim on property

Hello Sir, my father purchased one plot in 1993 where he contributed max amount and one third was paid by my uncle.Mt father got it registered on the name of both my father and uncle.Since then no contribution was made by my uncle and every single penny is spent by my father and 3 story house is ready.After completion my uncle is claiming half portion in the house.Please suggest.We need the best advice from you
the uncle should pay for half the portion of the house a partition suit shall be filed your uncle is claiming half portion in house. one third has already been paid file a recovery suit mentioning the amount to be recovered
