Two registration on single plot of land by realtor

I was registered in plot of land on Mar 2014 by Real Estate Realtor. Same plot of land is registered to other person by the same Real Estate Realtor.

But, as a matter of principle, the first purchaser has has a right over others like second or third purchaser provided the first purchase was made from a genuine owner either himself or through a duly appointed attorney. for realtor you can I file a complaint against in a civil suit in civil court. In case of fraud the buyer can also file a criminal complaint before the police.in cheating case,.
