TSLR survey number is wrong compare to sale deed. Pls help

In my sale deed the survey number is 233/5A and TLSR mentioned as 223/4P,1P,2P. My sale deed document survey number is same as all old sale deed document. I need to change this survey number in TSLR, what is the procedure to change and this will be issue or not if I take home loan for constructing home in this same land ? Please help anyone I am following to change last 3 month
