Trying to possess my sister's house

Hi, I am doing job in software company. My sister's in laws tried to give me best offers to buy my own house 2-3 times. Due to my father's arrogant nature & my own financial limitations I could not bought new home. My salary is still insufficient to buy home in my own name. However my sister is divorced & living in her husband's house. How can I capture this golden opportunity to transfer her home in my name? Please guide on possibilities
Well, you have to win your Sister's Heart and have to convince her to transfer her Home into your name by executing a Gift Deed before the concerned Registrar of Assurances. For this, you have to pay Registration fees along with Stamp Duty to Registrar.
