If the new party to be added is the relative of existing party, then you can execute a gift deed in favour of a new party or a release deed can also be made to add a new party. if you want to add a new party just to confirm the transaction, you can make new party a confirming party. The reason/purpose behind adding a new party is necessary to advise you accordingly. If you need any further information and assistance kindly contact me through lawrato. Regards, Adv. Addition of a name if that is of a Family Member, can be done by way of a Transfer deed or Gift Deed whixh is required to be registered. You may connect with an attorney for getting the same done appropriately. thanks,
