i purchase a property in C H S .
From whom, I purchased property was his ancestral.
he obtained the release deed from all the legal hair and transferred the share certificate on his name on 17.01.2025 and sold the flat to me on 21.01.2025 .
when I submitted the documents along with share certificate ,soc. says in one year we can not transfer the certificate TWICE.
our soc.is going to be redeveloped in next six month,pl. guide me.
