Transfer of property via settlement deed from wife to husband

My father in law owns a land in his name which was settled to her daughter via settlement deed. How can I add my name in the property ? What are the registration charges ?
you cannot add your name in the property settled wife can transfer the entire property to you by the way of another settlement deal regarding ownership Allah cannot include third person aur I can make a settlement or release deed within the family not include your name in the property when the document says one person as a real owner of the property
