Transfer of property to married daughter after the death of her father

My father resident of Deoria district, uttar Pradesh, died on 10.2.2024. He has two sons and two married daughters. I am her married daughter. How I proceed for Transferring the property in my name. The land properties (ancestral as well as self acquired) have already transferred in the name of my brothers excluding the married daughters. Kindly update me the related rules for married daughters in uttar Pradesh.

You have the right in agriculture land unke name should also be there unit can present the legal heir certificate of your father. Your name should be in the list of legal heir. Present a objection application or application to add your name in the property documents. Also first ask your brother if they don't co-operate then you can send them legal notice. After which you can contact court as well. you can contact me for complete information and process.

your property is in deoria two sons and two married daughters you should be able to acquire the property undet Hindu succession act the property is already transfered to the brothers you have to see the rules of succession
