Transfer of property in death of one of owner

Hello. My parents have bought flat in 2006 in Mumbai jointly the shares certificate has names of both my parents. I was the nominee with 100% shares. My father died in 2007 the society had transferred the share certificate in name of mother. Now can my mother make a will to transfer the property to me without any needs of her others children consent

No your mother is not transfer the property by way of will in your favor without consent of other child. Bcz the property is not self acquired property by your mother it was transferred by way if legal heir. For more information please contact me.

This is my response to you:
1. Nomination does not transfer ownership;
2. You will have to execute a release deed;
3. An NOC will be required of all adult children;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
