Transfer of property from mother to children

There is a house in east Delhi in my mother's name. She expired in Sept.2018. My father
already expired in 2003. We are 4 brothers
and 2 sisters. Elder brother also expired. How
we can transfer the property in our names.
In case your mother has left any Will it will be distributed in accordance with the terms of the Will. On the other hand in case your mother had died intestate (without a will) you have to file a succession petition before the concerned Court.
