Transfer of property from grandfather

21-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My house agreement is in name of my grandfather, he passed away in 2007. We have a nominee form with my grandmother name in it. Later we have will of my grandmother stating my father as heir of property. will this chain stand valid in court of law? Can my father transfer the property further with above 3 documents?

Respected sir/madam, Transfer procedure is depend on location of property. If your property is situated at Mumbai then for transferring property in your father name you have to take noc from other legal heir of your grand mother

Dear Sir/madam, By way of succession your grandmother and your father and if any sister or brother of your father are thete, then they all are legal heirs to the property inherited from your father. so far as your grandmother is concerened she execute will only extent of her share , which will take effect after her death. you may require to file heirship application before competant court.
