Transfer of property after court decree

I have got some sites after property partition, part I have received is not on my name in sale deed, what is process to tranfer property to my name, it's residential site.

You will need to apply for an Encumbrance Certificate and submit the deed to have the Khatha transferred to your name. Subsequently, you will be responsible for paying property taxes, and the name on the tax-paid receipts should also be updated to reflect this change. plz provide the documents for further clarity, so that I can assist you better.
