Transfer of Parking space allotted by the builder

Parking space in the under construction residential building allotted by builder in 2016 by an allotment letter on its letterhead with a condition of taking prior permission of the builder or society for transfer in future.. No mentioning of the same in the agreement for purchase of flat. Now in 2023 at the time of sale of flat, society is not willing to give the NOC for transfer of parking space and builder is not approachable. How can the same be transferred?

If the reserved parking is mentioned in your agreement, no need to take NOC. If there is any issue/hurdle created by builder or society, same can be dealt with. In case you need further assistance, please get in touch
