Transfer of ownership and acquiring holding number

We have purchased a readymade house which is a part of a family's house. We have acquired the needed deed but the amount of transaction is not mentioned in the deed. But both the seller and the buyer have clearly consented and transcated. It is not a registered land. Please we need your help as people here are creating unwanted problems and asking for huge amount of commissions for transfering the name.

As per your query in law rato you need to transfer the name to the present owner of the house from the old owner. If you have deed yes yiubcan transfer the name of the property in your name from the existing

Registration of Sale Deed is compulsory for property transfer and it is also compulsory to specify the Sale Consideration so until and unless you rectify those errors the transaction will be defective for which you have to face complicacy.
