12-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, My father expired recently. The house we live in is co-owned by my father and uncle. What steps should I follow to register my name as co-owner of house ? Can my uncle sell the house without my/my mothers consent ?

No he can’t sell this house without consent of you all (you, your mother and your siblings). You all now own half of this house. Post demise of your father, you should get your name mutated in the revenue records
