My mother died intestate without any nomination in Mumbai has flat...2 married sister and father alive.. transfer in my name process in society

If the said flat was in the name of your mother, then in that regard, to get it in your name you're required to obtain the Succession certificate concerning the said Flat from the Hon'ble Bombay High Court.
