TRansfer of deceased estate to children

We have a property in Goa which is under my father's name, who has deceased. It has to be transferred to 3 of his children(Has left a will). We would like to sell the property if possible

clarify if deed of succession is done. if not, has inventory started in court , once the shares are allocated then property can be sold. y you can call me on the number provided . so it will really depend in who share the property comes to the will if it is registered or not adjudicated in court it will then go as a title document

Section 47 GWA generally bars appeals, but courts may allow an intra-court appeal if the order was on the High Court's Original Side, under Letters Patent, or if fraud or lack of jurisdiction is shown.
