Transfer of ancestor property in my name

Property is registered with younger brother name as per mutual understanding initially. Then constructed house g floor I'm staying with my wife and kids. 1 st floor my brother with my parents. Now my bro is treating me as owner of his property. My parents are saying u can register in ur name in future not now.. So i will do that in future but now I want evidence that property is equally shared between me and him and investment. How can i have evidence without registration???? Can i write in bond
you writing something in bond paper will not be anyvidence in your favour. circumstances such as the age of your brother when the property was registered in his name and the proof of amount construction will help you as evidences will help you as evidences but still earlier the better.
