Tranfer of the property of the paralysed

The person holding the property is paralysed due to which he is not able tranfer his property. But due to the bad financial condition of the family the children wants to sell the property.How can this be done.?

sir , only way to sell the property is to approach the court permission of sale of the property. I would require for the details of a property so that I can distinguish jurisdiction and court fees in the matter. also I would want to examine medical papers the person holding the property. kindly provide me the same so that we can have certain the best and cheapest way out.
