Tranfer if Flat on my name due to deceased dad

Dear Sir/madam
I had purchased a flat and added my dad's name with my name, share certificate is 50 percent between dad and me. My siblings have no issue with changing of flat on my name. Could you please share the procedure and time frame for affecting the change at sub register, ( comes under Andheri jurisdiction.)

You will have to obtain an Affidavit from your siblings for the 50% share which is held by your father. The Affidavit will state that the concerned child does not have any objection if the said transfer is effected in your name. You will have to pay the necessary registration and stamp duty charges. And produce the registered documents with your society.
