Too many adjournments requested by opponent want to counter it

I have a land dispute with my brother and I filed a case against my brother ,case completed with all arguments and the decision is getting delayed because my too many adjournments requested by the opponent is there any way to counter it.
At the lower court, request your dealing advocate to oppose any further adjournment vehemently. File a Writ in the High Court seeking directions to the lower court for early disposal of the suit, through your lawyer.

You go to the High Court and file a CRP by disclosing all these facts so as to enable the High court to issue directions to the sub-ordinate court to decide the suit within a time frame. For that you need to apply certified copy for docket notes with reference to the pending suit.
