To know about my rights in father’s property

Hi My parents got divorced when me and my sister were 4and3 years old respectively.i was raised by my father and my younger sister was raised by my mother.both parents got remarried again.my father had 2 more children from his second marriage.my grandfather gave his ancestors property to my stepbrother before he died.i am here to know can we claim on property from our father’s property as he wants to make will my stepbrother and stepsister’s name and they are living in same house which bought by our grandfather.As me and my real sister are married and doing well.it just to know what are our rights .can we Claim or not?please advise.

If your father is owing an ancestral property. Ancestral property means legally an ancestral not in general words. If your Grandfather got this property from his father (Your Great Grandfather) then you can claim it. otherwise not.

client according to law you have a legal right in the property of inheritance. so according to me you have a legal right in property of grandfather. You should file a Suit against requisite defendants after getting legal assistance and file a suit and get your right in property as stated in question.
