TO FILE AN APPEAL IN HIGH COURT BANGALORE

Sir,
i am Saraswathamma aged 59, i have applined partion suit an prilimanary decree passed. My brother gone appeal against the court order, Appeal also decree passed. Later covid 19 came. Our lwayer says we will file case in hi court to get equal shares in ancestral proparties.
Whenever i asked to lawyer to provide the hi court case number he says he applied memo.
Dont know what to do

ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಕೀಲರ ಹೆಸರು ತಿಳಿಸಿ.. memo ಹಾಕಿದೀನಿ ಅಂದರೆ ಕೇಸ್ ಗೆ ಅಪೀಲು file ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಆದರೆ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ Objections ಗಳನ್ನ attend ಮಾಡಬೇಕು .. ಆನಂತರ ಅದು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಡ್ಜ್ ಮುಂದೆ ವಿರಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತೆ. ನನಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದರೆ ಹುಡುಕಿ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

In this case you need to have to change the lawyer, take an NOC from the lawyer and find a good lawyer, if the lawyer doesn’t give NOC to you, in such case as a client you have got all the rights to directly inform the Hon’ble Judge regarding the issue you are facing and get an NOC directly from the court.
