To change grandfather's name in my father's documents

Hi, My father died on September,my grandfather property needs to get divide between my uncle and my father.But in the my father's record the name of my grandfather is having little change.In my father's death certificate also the name hs not changed.so what can I do for this kind of problem,cannu please advice me.
