Title of the property is for single name and not two

What all documents or records I should ask the housing society to check the names on share certificate when originally it was issued and society formed according to me it was for only single name not 2 names
Well, you just need to tell them, to check the names on your Share Certificates. If they say, they don't have issued any Share Certificates to you, tell them, to issue the Share Certificates, otherwise await for Legal Action from my end.
