Title of ownership entry wrong in Slum Rehabilitation Authority data

My mother father had a big house and he divided it into 3 separate rooms with 3 doors in the year 1994. All have 3 different ration cards prior to 2000 and voting cards. But voting cards show 1 number. We are getting only one home because of bhada receipt. Other 2 homes we are not getting. We are made apatra by SRA according to committee members. But we have a original survey receipt which reads as Brihanmumbaisathi zopdidharkanche olakhpatra sarvekshan 2000 pavti. The number is 0278594. Building is already constructed. We were fooled by some people. I put RTI in BMC but the Appellate Authority denied it. He said your house comes under SRA so go to mhada. We have no role in this. went to SRA to check the pavti number. My mothers name appears on it but when he clicked the PDF file someone else’s form appeared on screen. Please suggest the next step. Should i consult a lawyer.
